RETURN POLICY

RETURN PROCEDURE All Returns, replacements, exchanges MUST have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ( RMA ). To return Merchandise, review our Return Policy, call 615-578-3100, or e-mail us at sales@directmerchandiseusa.com to obtain a RETURN NUMBER and RETURN ADDRESS, write the return number on outside of the shipping box ( DO NOT WRITE ON THE MERCHANDISE BOX ) and ship to the RETURN ADDRESS.

MERCHANDISE RETURN Merchandise may be returned within 10 days from the Day you receive your merchandise Note: Shipping & Handling fees are not REFUNDABLE. 20% restocking is applied to all returned merchandise.
